“Man is nourished by the invisible. Man is nourished by that which beyond personal. He dies from preferring the opposite” -Jacques Lusseyran
Last week I tried to send money to a friend in need. The pandemic, or shall we say, the resulting policy decisions, decimated his restaurant business in the UK which he had been running successfully for a decade. He had to close it down and move countries to make ends meet. The bank residing in the UK rejected the transfer. They didn’t bother telling him either. He had to chase it down and then they returned it to me.
Apparently they “no longer do business with the country” I’m living in.
No reason given, nada.
I wasn’t aware of any issues between the two countries, on the contrary they are very friendly, ostensibly.
It’s good to think about why?
On the surface, we assume it is to stop bad actors sending money to each other but we all know this isn’t true. Every bad actor on the planet is loaded with funds and the borders are meaningless to them.
What’s actually happening is ordinary people are being hampered from helping (or just working with) each other.
This isn’t the first story I am hearing about it either. A couple of months back another friend was denied access to sending money to himself. Receiving bank, being same as sending bank, I believe. Two branches in different countries. Where’s the bad actor theory now?
When he asked the bank employee why, the answer he was given was, “Why don’t you just use Xpal?”.
So now you need to go through a “middleman” (bigtech) who takes a massive cut for the favor.
The question then is, Is it by design or just the product of unintentionally bad policies? Is it left wing bad or right wing bad?

While your at it, here’s an up and coming channel on the Tube:
They have some pretty far out science on there. Long form interviews. Always something to learn.
This particular interview is with Gregg Braden. Someone I’ve followed with interest for a few years now. Listen to what he has to say and decide if it makes sense to you. I don’t agree with everything he says, not even a majority. See how long you can last before you cry “bullshit!”, and turn the thing off.
It’s not about wrong or right. It’s about how much you can hold in your head. This is a key sign. It’s about how to find that filament of truth in all the avalanche of speculation and uncertainty.
You have to read between the lines, connect the dots and make up your own mind.

Think it through. The Alliance is decoupling from the fiat USD as a settlement, and therefore reserve, currency. Banking is just a battlefield. The war is everywhere. We all know the Alliance has won. What is left is the mopping up operation.
