There’s a funny thing going on. It’s been a year since I last posted or wrote anything meaningful down. It’s not for a lack of trying, like near everyday, I thought about it but never got close enough to even put a single character to screen.
This morning it occurred to me why… I spend a lot of time reading. Reading books, listening to podcasts and different experts. I do this on a wide variety of platforms, some that are well known and others which are private and far from the mainstream, where producers can speak more freely without the threat of being cancelled.
To me it feels like everything that can be said, has been said. Every technique explored. There is a niche “content producer” for just about anything you can dream or imagine, be it 15th Century Remote Viewing Techniques or Himalayan Crochet for Contemporary Japanese Rugs. Yes, it is getting that silly!
There are mathematicians explaining the Reimann Hypothesis to us mere mortals with truly ingenious real-time analyzable graphics. And you have the likes of Stephen Wolfram publishing his new “Theory of Everything” in quite accessible ways.
We have experts and skeptics who are analyzing everything to do with Covid, as it happens. I even managed to find a scientist who is taking people into his lab by streaming the experiments he is conducting on the ‘savior juice’ that everyone has been forced to get. The results are interesting to say the least.
With all this data coming out, perhaps there is room for one more person to summarize the wealth of knowledge that is being created every second. I have been asked to do this more than once. However, I find my self uninterested in this quest. Just looking at the people around me, I don’t see any benefit. It’s all just a click away these days. If you are slow at reading, there are audiobooks, book summary companies, video, podcasts, online universities, blah, blah, blah… and I use them all. So can you, if you so wish. And that’s the crux of it. You have to want it.
This isn’t limited to knowledge production either. It’s everything from community building to music and film, art, sports, spirituality, religions and more. It’s a vast vast ecosystem out there. Truly phenomenal, simply astounding and beyond comprehension.
Saying all that, I realized that what I am really interested in now is precisely what can’t be said or done. Somethings are so deeply intuited that they can’t be expressed, even in your own mind. It can be so subtle that these things can’t even be felt and their presence is something beyond real and yet, have a quality of undeniability. I think the word people in the past used for this is ‘Transcendent’. And I am only now beginning to grasp what that means. Except, its nature is beyond grasping.
I find it between the words on a page, between vision and imagination, hovering in the internecine space separating reality and infinite void of non-existence.
Nothing produces Everything.
Read that again.
No “thing” produces “every” thing.
Out of no time, comes time.
Out of no space, comes space.
Out of meaningless, comes meaning.
Death comes to life and life is death.
The mindless is intelligence.
When the words come, I shall say more, but for now, ta ta…
Are you going all 5D on us now, Vid?
