It’s a cliché that every Spiritualist weaves with every breath,
“Everything is connected”
It comes only second to,
“It’s all Energy…”
Or
“Frequency and Waves”
And perhaps a nod to Einstein, most certainly an appeal to,
“Quantum Fluctuations”
In contention we have the scientifically minded, Materialists.
Their greatest bug is the appeal to:
“Evolution”
Everything relates to how we survived the
“Lions in the Savanah”
Or the,
“Snakes in the Bush”
The,
“Survival Instinct”
which very much boils down to just one thing,
“Design through Randomness”
It’s the random variation in your genes that gives you your distinct traits, your phenotype, which then acts in the environment and leads to differential reproduction rates. That then relates to the idea of “success”.
Success being measured as those who survive to reproduce best.
Entropy gradient, fucking machines.
This idea has permeated everything from:
business - the companies that compete best win
politics - best ideas (or at least the most appealing) win votes
brains - Neuronal groups compete in your brain
to the birth of the Universe and the laws of physics.
Yes, apparently multiple universes (The Multiverse) are born out of random fluctuations, each universe distinct from the others and distinguished by the laws they inherit, etc etc. These are the latest theories out of Caltech, MIT, Cambridge and many others. To make things fit they need Spinors, Fibers, Bundles, Strings, Branes, Complex Time, multiple dimensions and other contrivances.
It’s worse than reading your future through Chicken Entrails.
The list is endless. All innovation and creation itself comes out of the process of endless randomness, pruning and replication.
I mean what else can account for it when all you have is either waves or tiny magnetic balls (atomic particles) ?
Saying everything is connected, isn’t really saying anything at all either. It’s all frequency, waves and energy? Now what? Sing Kumbaya?
Personally I find these view points are highly limiting and probably force fed on us by design.
Is it even true?
The Vikid Truth say, that while it may be true on the face of it, it is utterly useless. Everything is connected, it is all frequency and waves, and it means almost nothing.
On the other hand,
Using randomness is highly nihilistic and devoid of any moral fiber.
It’s survival of the fittest, it’s blind, it’s the laws of physics under voodoo of randomness. There is room for nothing else. Every thought you’ve ever had, everything thing and person you’ve ever loved an illusion to the service of your genes, which is nothing but a chain of molecules in competition with someone else’s long chain of molecules playing a game of chance.
How disgustingly boring, how horrifically disarming of anything good and how alarmingly enabling of the sentiment, “the ends justify the means”.
But is it true?
The Vikid Truth says, it really couldn’t be further from the truth, however it’s highly useful in both a positive sense (invention of the airplane) and a more nefarious one (keeping most of humanity as sleep at the wheel).
It isn’t true because you have a mind. The mind is completely unaccounted, zero percent, by Laws or Randomness.
If the mind is an illusion, a common retort, who then is having the illusion? Is the illusion having an illusion of itself?
If it is “emergent”, how does it emerge out of the chaos of randomness or laws (which are nothing more than mathematical thoughts) and have no mind of their own?
How do “Laws” think? We think of laws, not the other way round.
Basically it is completely lock stock and two humungous bollocks.
If you stop for a moment and get away from popular science and the “scientists” that promote it, it is clear that what they speak of is untrue.
“Peer review”, take that as code for “Reviewed by a peer of equal idiots”, each one patting the back of the next one while gleefully stabbing anyone not in the club straight in their backs. That’s modern science.
ChatGPT, AI and the future?
I've looked into it. It’s a wonderful illusion. A vast linear array of equations, trillions of adjustable variables which are able to imitate (human) thought.
How?
Because that’s the training set. It’s a kind of dynamic mirror. The very words on this page with be eaten by the AI. Sometime in the future it will spit the words back at you based on statistical probabilities with a hint of injected randomness (approximately 20%). The thoughts were mine, but it will claim them as its own.
It will look real, but really there wasn’t a single thought in sight.
Doesn’t mean that you won’t lose your job to this Frankenstein monster. Just like Who Wants to be a Millionaire, the wisdom of the crowd is often superior to your own. In this particular case, it’s the wisdom of at least 120 billion people (all the humans who have ever lived) mashed into a giant matrix equation. It might drive a car better than you as well in the near future.
On the positive side, it will create art for you, that sordid picture at the top of the article is AI generated, so are the rest of them. It will suggest a beautiful holiday with itemized list of each restaurant and attraction to visit. It will tell you when to get your next vaccination and how many hours of REM sleep you got last night. It will also report this all to HQ.
Leaving that all side. When your theory leaves out the mind, you have a tendency to think every observable action is emergent out of randomness.
That’s what the gripe against “Conspiracy Theory” is all about.
Conspiracy Theorists tend to discount what has happened to have happened due to chance. They tend to account for events as being planned by a small number of minds with nefarious intentions. They also tend to be deeply suspicious of “official” narratives for the same reason. Official Sources come from a small number of sources.
That’s the definition of a conspiracy.
Soft-drink company executives get together and dream up a plan to get as much soda into schools and restaurants as possible. (not so hard to believe).
Same said executives get together and start a healthy eating initiative with the local council. They do it to get access to the councilors. (happens every day).
Bunch of fat cats get around a table to fix the price of steel and other commodities. (again not so hard to believe)
Pharma execs, tech billionaires and a few dodgy heads of nations get together to release a ‘virus’, cause havoc and reap in trillions. (very hard to believe apparently)
Bank execs get together and start their own currency for which they control worldwide money supply and interest rates. We even know when (November, 1910) and where it was done (you figure it out) . They reap in the multi-trillions. (Simply impossible you say!)
Kid’s entertainment companies start including sex, gender and race ‘education’ in every product, simultaneously…. (remove your tin foil hat already!)
A harmless atmospheric molecule and plant food is considered enemy number one. To stop its emissions you will have to give up all you freedoms and live in poverty. It has to be dressed in green and you must smile as you bend over. All nation states and scientists (under their payroll) sing from the same hymn sheet, in unison. Anyone not under their payroll loses any funding, any access to scientific equipment and as a cherry on the cake, their social media profiles too, for the spread ‘fake news’.
Another war starts for spurious reasons. Our enemy is Hitler reincarnated. (There can’t be any other reason, bigot, this coin has one side.)
Again the list is endless and permeates everything.
The only thing stopping you connecting the dots is your belief that everything, from the birth of the universe, to your own birth, is generated through randomness rather than thought.
It’s this Centuries greatest dogma.
It’s no better being a Spiritualist however. Their just concerned with waves, frequencies and crystals. Most of them have zero understanding.
I know too many of them.
And That’s,
Rene Descartes had a lot to say on thought.
