Cannes
We went to Cannes this afternoon. Yeah, Cannes of the Film Festival! I was totally excited and the city didn’t disappoint. Sitting on the French Riviera, watching the chic whilst sipping sparkling water, sure beats having it in my office.

Aviation
And then I hung out in Cannes Airport behind the scenes in an airplane hanger with a bunch of French aviation geeks. It’s a different world I had a very little idea about.

A real adventure, with blue skies, glitz and spectacle.
Also, there’s been no coconut water while out here, so it’s been a hardcore finish.
I had another wonderfully deep meditation this morning after 3hrs sleep last night. I have no idea while I am sleeping so little. I think the meditation gives me a lot of rest and that means less sleep is necessary but in the end who knows?
Breakfast
Tomorrow at 10am, I’ve done 20 days, though today has been far the hardest. It’s all in the mind, just the sight of the finish line means my stomach is already operating, I can feel the acid building up.
All I can say, that beyond conventional wisdom, fasting is an amazing experience and doable by any normally functioning human being. You do not have to eat for 20 days, you need no supplements, you probably don’t need the coconut water either, but based on my lifestyle and my intimate relationship with the fruit, it was a lovely edition and faithful friend.
You can continue with a fairly normal life and even take an adventure or two. You will function, not just adequately but with a love and appreciation of life. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Drop convention and take the plunge.
At 10am, I break fast. There’s a sensible way to do it but I’m not sure how sensible I feel!
Look forward to seeing you all there for another celebration, for now I will enjoy the sunset…

That’s all folks,
