I am going on an adventure soon, a surprise location to be revealed later, and as with the times, I had to get a covid test this morning.

Like true superheroes, we were wearing masks. Turns out I have passed with flying colors and with any luck I should be on my way in the next 48 hrs.

The Bramamuhutra

Also known as the Ambrosial hour starts about an hour and a half before sunrise. As it happens, I woke up at 3.30 am this morning. (It helps that I slept around 8.30 pm.)

Now, that’s a little early even for me! But it has its advantages. There is something wonderful about waking up when all is quite. It’s a perfect time for meditation, and I managed about an hour. It is the possibly the most peaceful time in this modern age, as by 3, even the most ardent clubbers have gone to bed and the morning paperman isn’t quite up yet to make his rounds. It’s a natural time to find peace.

So that’s how my day started. The fast is still going well. Nothing much to report on that front, yes, I’ve had more water like every other day! What I have found is that I am veering towards hot water rather than cold (my usual preference). That’s what the body is asking for, so I am obliging.
