Last week I had a rather long meeting with the investing side of a big bank. One guy, the senior most bod came on screen (it was a zoom meeting, what did you think it was 2019?), and proceeded to show me slide after slide of charts and graphs. The purpose of all those slides was to convince me that it wasn’t 2008. As you may guess, I already knew that!
Then he proceeded to tell me that all was fine. No worries, it’s all under control. Have some blue fin tuna and a fancy cocktail. The FED and markets know what their doing.
I accepted his arguments (long, complex and often over my head) as I could clearly see the man was blind and there was no point talking to him. Furthermore, I’m on the Titanic like the rest of you and without a life boat. So I’m going to sit around and watch the violinist play. He’s giving it everything.
Then just yesterday I shared a video of the lovely Eva Vlaardingerbroek and a few other old cronies talking about the situation going on in Denmark. To call it alarming would be an understatement.
Yes, I know it’s an hour and forty minutes long but when it answers the question, “So who is the ‘they’ who are planning a tyranny on our earth and what will be its nature?”.
I think it’s pretty darn good value, bang per minute wise.
That’s probably several months worth research in the time it takes to watch a movie or a series of Netflix videos, which incidentally was the complaint I got.
Continuing, just moments ago I showed a few videos of the enormous riots going on in France to the person next to me. I mean the number of riots and their size is totally a once in a generation kind of activity. And we’re talking about the French, for who rioting is a national passion. The person wasn’t interested in the least! They were being distracted by a couple of cat videos, I exaggerate not!
Then it comes to the case of the UK supplying Depleted Uranium Shells to our friends in the Ukraine. The news came out yesterday. These are not “nuclear” weapons, let us not be confused. Yet their use is beyond horrendous. Look up what they do to people over the long term. Kosovo and Iraq are good examples. (And guess who used them).
These shells are going to infect (pollute is too polite a word) the land of the people we are “saving” for the next couple of centuries. Leukemia and other horrific cancers are going to plague their kids for a time we can’t imagine. Guess what? No one gives a shit, if they even know it’s happening. Yep. A few geezers on the internet maybe. Maybe a friend here or there, but it’s hard to find.
Another instance, I was listening to a podcast interview of Bernardo Kastrup, some one I was beginning to admire. I’ve read some of his books too. He worked at CERN, is an entrepreneur and an all round gifted individual. However, what I heard yesterday left my jaw on the floor. Paraphrased, he said we have to trust “authorities” otherwise “what can we do?”. I leave leave you a link to the video if you would like to investigate for yourself.
Yes, it’s over 3 hours but his idiotic comments are near the beginning and you will learn a lot over the whole thing. It’s brilliant, worth investing your time in.
I’m not really sure what is going on. We do not see with our eyes, that is for sure. We don’t hear with our ears. Now, I am beginning to believe that we don’t think with our brains, as it is popularly believed. Because many of the above people have much more of that than me.
It’s not about the brain, neurons or circuitry.
What is it? Don’t ask me, though I have a few kooky theories… heart? testicles? morphogenetic quantum fields? soul?
My guess is as good as yours.
It’s time to get serious, take the brains out of it.
Smart people ain’t going to save us.
And That’s
